my much loved cbr600rr 2004, in blue. reg RO04 EXR was nicked from outside my place in finsbury park on monday night.
i’ve never made a claim before. anything i should watch out for?
how long do they usually take to cough up the dough?
any advice/info greatly appreciated.
oh, and if you know who took it let me know so i can provide them with a very slow and painful death.

Unlucky…The insurance companies usually say to give them 28 days for claims I believe, but sometimes it can take less or more time.
Really depends how straight forward the claim is.
Hope they pay out without hassle.
Hope it was kept exactly as stipulated in your insurance policy.
My insirers used a company called Teceris to conduct the claim. Went through 2 45min phone interviews. So make notes about the details u need to tell them.
For info, was it locked down? Covered? Alarmed? Road/drive etc?
If its easy to steal, it will be. If it difficult to steal, it might be.
