Stolen : Take Away Delivery Bike

Just had a call from Deliverance that the bike that was en route to us, making a delivery at another house, has had his bike nicked while at their front door.

So … if anyone sees a delivery bike being driven slightly more maniacal than usual … it is likely nicked … and will have a Chicken Jalfrezi and Thai Green Curry in the top box … so feel free to knock the **** off and help yourself to the nosh in the back - since they are cooking us a fresh one - and sending a box of chocolates to make up for the inconvenience :laugh:

UPDATE : the jalfrezi wasn’t all that - so don’t bother taking it from the top box if you do some vigilante justice on their asses.

And they didn’t they send the chocolates either. Bastards. :crying:

I suppose we’ll let them off this once on the quality of the food because they did a rushed job to get it out to us … but still … wheres my chocolate :stuck_out_tongue:

Hmmm I’m in N1… wanted a place that delivers quality burgers. The price seems to insinuate quality but after what you said about the jalfrezi I might skip them! :stuck_out_tongue:

They do a good burger :wink: Maybe not as good as a Byron or FBC - but since neither of those deliver … it definitely wins over a manky greasy Serbian take away one.

But yes … keep an eye out and give the police a bell if you see it dumped somewhere. It has to be kids p*ssing about and hopefully it’ll be found soon.

yeah has to be… I was talking to a Papa John’s delivery guy after he couldn’t pull up in front of my house and needed me to go down to him. There were apparently some kids who were trying to nick his bike and pizzas. He said to me that this happens often, his words were: “they beat us and take our bikes”… At which point I gave him a large-ish tip… :stuck_out_tongue:

That’s what happens when you leave your curry unattended on London streets, I’ve said often enough it needs locking up …
