If on the off chance anyone sees is around - it was actually in an accident the week prior so had fairings, levers, clip-ons, fork and headlight damage. Missing clocks and headlights and the thieves still took it :crying:
The only thing of much value (past the frame, engine, wheels and forks) was the Carbon Akrapovic exhaust.
Sh¡t!!!
firstly sorry to hear you had an off. hope you’re ok? and gutting to see it got stolen in that state as well!! talk about rubbing salt into the wounds!
Fit a Tracker UK tracker to your next bike…They’re expensive and non transferable between bikes.
But mine got my R1 recovered and a number of other people got their bikes back too (R1 stolen as a batch of bikes).
People bitch and moan about the costs and the company admin sometimes leaves something to be desired, but they’re proven to work.
You can tell the operators not to inform your insurance that the bike has been stolen (well at least you could), so that upon recovery, you don’t have a negative mark against the vehicle.
Of course…this is all assuming you’d want your bike back after it’s stolen.
