It seems that the whole of Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs area is nothing but a crime riddled area that the police can do nothing about.
Perhaps getting all your mates to complain to the local Police Commander or the local MP.
Local MP’s will only help you if you live in that local area only one of my friends have had there bike stolen in the borough they lived in as was right outside he’s house…
**** me! A chap at work brother had a CBR that only lasted 4 nights there! It was in an underground gate-locked car-park!
The police really need to do something about that area!
I always felt quite safe with my 'bird on the basis it’s so heavy and long that the scumbags would nick something easier and lighter.

You need to think more along the line of ’ it’s a motorbike therefore it can be stolen’ these days.
No matter what it is someone will try and steal it - be it for kicks just to steal it - ride it around - stolen to order or more likely so that it can be stripped and sold for parts - and no matter what people say someone somewhere will buy cheap parts and think nothing of it.
