I like the look more than Ohlins, but performance has to come first. - What do we think?

Have you looked at Hyperpro dampers?
They are reactive dampers, prolly better than Ohlins.
Yes m8 Thanks,
just found some info on the RSC models - looks like thats what i’ll try to get. - now gonna try to find the best price.
Cheers.
I had a sprint on my R6 always rode 4 clicks from fully closed any wobbles were lost immediately didnt like the ride back to the shop without it when trade in time came, the only difference with the ohlins was about £130 cheaper and it didnt lock totaly out but i dont see the point in not being able to turn the handle bars at all??
Anyone heard of Matris?
Nice damper I run an Ohlins on the gixxer and am happy with it. They’re pretty simple devices after all, not much between them.
Have you seen these ones stan?
Scotts steering dampers
I had the Matris on my 636. Was put on to combat tank slapping when the front went airborne on hard acceleration or bumps. It did the trick nicely, looked reasonable as well. I bought it from PDQ.
Unless one is a reactive damper, which is offering you a obvious advantage.
IE very little Damping at low speed movements (IE rider input into the bars), high damping at high speed movement (IE a tank slapper)
(Of course all dampers using a damper rod with a simple flow hole will give some level of progressive damping, but these are specificaly engineered to maximise this feature)
I used to use a gpr steering damper. Good quality and rebuildable like most others. You can get them from x-bikes in cambridge.
