The first Crew has been amassed and if you lot carry on the way your going we,ll have the second days Crew in no time at all which is what I wanted and what was mentioned in the Podcast.

Im now going to contact Aviva and get the details confirming our registration !!

Please let me point out that it was my suggestion to Aviva that we could amass two Crews to give everyone a chance to ride the route and contribute but if we happen to fall short (which I doubt) we will just have a Bigger Crew over the same two days so dont feel you have been overlooked.

The details of our final Rider Registration and documents needed will be posted soon but in the mean time…massive shout out to the following who mailed in first.

Those members that I have spoken to about being on the village helping Aviva direct…same thing goes for you guys and gals…and we still need people to help Aviva in the village over the whole weekend and to be on the actual route monitoring for health and safety aspects via radio control.

Those of you that have been notified via this Thread that you are in the first 20 Crew to Steward the BCW have now got to phone Lorna Price Individually to be registered (fee free/£25 if staying in camp / food/drinks/entertainment) for your accomodation needs and to state if you are doing the full two days. This is for your insurance coverage also !!

You will also be asked at some stage to supply a photocopy of the paper part of you license and your insurance policy !!.

I have suggested that I collect these from you at the next Cubana Meeting.
