Were off to the Goodwood Revival, to sit in the on the roof of the pits with free champagne and canapés, camera in hand. Lets be honest, it`s a boring way to spend a morning.
Anyone in the area we`d love to hook up for the ride home.

Are you one of the exhibits? :w00t:
what time are you done Jets? I think I’m likely to be heading Chichester way, bout lunchtime, ish, and returning via the B2141, past Kill Devil Copse, B2146, A272, A286 and a bit of A3 once past Milford. Coffee stop in Hazelmere, likely to be accompanied by cake, and ideally home by 5ish to feed the pussy.
If anyone else fancies coming along for a blast to the south coast then let me know, weather is likely to be rubbish, but feck it.
Spent all day in the sodding rain today, so drying out tomorrow…
Only a 30% chance of precipitation, allegedly
were also at the revival but in a cage
Would be great to see you again:) We’re there for a race that starts at 12.35 but by the time we get out to meet you it may be about 2.30 - we have your number, we’ll be in touch around lunchtime.
The weather does not look too bad down there (for Sat anyway)![]()
Text us before or after the bike race:)
We think we have your number but pm us anyway. Phone is on the table and the glass of vino is too heavy to lift so I can’t get up ![]()
Well, turns out phones are no go at Goodwood as 20,000 toffs are swamping the network.
Claire and Jaime we tried to make contact to no avail.
Dave, good to meet up and have your company back to London, a cup of tea and an hour playing with the Bengal cat.
Tommy Hill dropped a valve on our Manx Norton in practice and despite Fred Walmsley working till 6am this morning, something failed again in the first round of the Barry Sheene memorial trophy.
Needless to say, we will not be asking Tommy to ride one of our bikes again.
We`re hoping Fred can work his magic again overnight but since we can no longer get a podium position we checked out of the Goodwood Hotel foregoing the enticements of the fancy dress ball so we could return to London with Dave and maybe do the “Made in Chelsea” ride tomorrow.
Imagine our disappointment piled on top of our financial losses when Joby cancelled due to the prospect
of light drizzle.:crying:
How the hoi polloi gain access.
Our bike, PJ eat yer heart out.
If only.:ermm:
We`re hoping for better luck next year.

Dave (KTMD) is the man to ask. From what we saw today they are fun, frisky and vociferous. This one had the most beautiful tiger markings, a very pretty boy, very friendly. The cat was nice too. ![]()
Thank you Jet for that.
I will start a new post :w00t:
