aahh i get ya;)
they have got 14 days (not working days) to serve a notice of intended prosecution on you. when they do serve it on you, they can’t serve one for speeding and then subsequently summons you for dangerous driving… if they want to go down that route they’ll need to serve a NIP for both the speeding offence, and the reckless, careless or inconsiderate driving offence.
