Bit of a nasty accident on the A406 north between the A13 and M11, loooks like a Ford Galaxy got punted into the speed camera near the layby, air bags deployed and it’s a write off but the camera is laying on the ground 
Hope the occupants are OK but it’s always good news to see a scamera on the ground !
Wonder if it managed to get a photo of the van heading for it at high speed!?

Awesome way to avoid a speeding fine… just hope he remembered the data is stored in the base of those things. Good man for trying.

This is exactly what we need more of, car drivers knocking down scameras instead of motorcyclists.

Someones been taking out the cameras round my way - 2 cameras have been burnt out on North Cray Road, Bexley and all Gasto’s from the Bexley turn off up to Falconwood along the A2 have had the same treatment - about 6 in total in the last couple of weeks

IMO, people who burn down cameras are thick and costing you and I money

If you want to make a stand against these things, in a way which is against the law, and can save money for those people who are flashed. Then why not try something smarter like using a distorted clear film cover which passes by can not tell is covering the camera and which only shows up a blank photo for the collection agency…sorry life saving great people of the nation
