3 weekends ago I left the f/fork from The Riot with my local KTM dealer to fit new fork seals. He was then not sure he’d have’em ready in time for Brands on the 29th.
Another mechanic said he’d do’em then bottled out. Jazz Mag said call Rob from the BCR. This was yesterday afternoon (Sat 26th). I dropped the forks to Rod gone 9pm last night to Rob. He set about them gone 10pm to get’em done for me today!
This is a long-a$$ way of saying that The Riot should be at Brand on Tuesday!:w00t:

I still have to change the other fork seal. but the side Rob did was leaving fork oil puddles on my garage floor!
The other fork aint too bad, a bit smeary on the stantion. But it has impact damage that I dont wanna mess with so close to BH!
At least now I wont be pump’pin out fork oil around BH!
I’ll ride to work tomo as a shakedown. Does anyone know the torque setting for the f/fork clamps on the fork legs? 1992 XR600

Thanks Jay. I hadn’t let it be known just how bad things were looking as I am sure that nobody would’ve bothered to turn up to Brands if The Riot was not gonna be there! What would be the point of everyone going?

I have sent pictures and spoken with ABE ( http://www.allbikeengineering.co.uk/ ) about repairing my fork leg. The say they may be able to sort it, has anyone got any experience repairing these?
