Looks like they were taken at the Hertfordshire Biker Magazine bash at the Wildlife Park earlier this year (“Bikers In Paradise”) and at the Ace Cafe Burnout too. Not sure of the photographer’s name. I guess he has his own photographer as part of his entourage?
At the end of the day yeah if you were poaching pics from other people Ratty then i agree its wrong without the owners/ owner of the photo permission…But at the end of the day if Sparky has asked **Ali aki ltl_ally ** to post them up then its ok as they are pics of him…
When people post up things off youtube and other sites on here do they find the owner and ask …OH is it ok if i post this on a bikers site…
No they dont so whats so different with these pics is it coz they are of Sparky and him showing off his skills
If you dont know the facts i thnk people should keep quiet…
As far as I’m aware if there is no copyright on the pictures, she has the permission of the subject, and the blessing of the site she’s posting on then Ali has done no wrong.
If you can find out who the photographers were then just give them a credit at the bottom of the post! Job done, now stop being anal people!!!
agreed. i’m a photographer myself (of sorts) and these shots will just be to share what Sparky is doing and get people interested.
my understanding is the copywright is automatically applied to the photographer assuming he gets release from the subject, otherwise the subject can control the usage. if they were taken for a magazine/site and/or commissioned then the mag/site will usually share the ownership of the images or own them outright
its good practice to credit the photographer where possible, especially with shots like these are often done for free. having said that the photographer could also have easily overlaid his name on the image discreetly for those that were interested.
just wondering why you’re so upset about these ratty? just asking if the photographer could be tag would be enough.
anyway, some really good pics, esp like the almost fisheye style of the last one!
