WTF, picked up a caliper re-build kit today (front of a 636), 8 piston rings, 8 washer rings, and 2 gromits, £75 chuffin’ quid! Damn Kwack spares. Grrrrr
should have got them from www.wemoto.com mate 
oh and make sure that when you re-new the seals that you clean the recess that the seals sit back into and use red rubber grease to re-assemble!
we get all are bits from there they are good!!!
