I have just bumped into a friends brother in law over here in Spain who was 3x Catalan moped racing champion. One of his 15/20 year old peds was still around, so I took a couple of pictures. It is 125cc bored out to 170, did 140kph and is probably the only ped you have seen with a frame brace and technomagnesio wheels & slicks
Surely that calls for a test ride

I think you may have tripped over the answer there LSD, but round ere we dont have to go all the way to Pamplona, they do bullruns in most of the towns and villages round here - just before the Valencia MOTOGP funnily enough

No, I think it is all legal, a bit like formula extreme but for mopeds. Do you want me to ask him what he would give you for a 04 gixxer in px ?
I loved those moped days, but not that much.

Would be great if you could convince the guy to pull them out from under the kiddies toys and take some show-off photos of them Kao5. Can’t imagine many people over here will have seen the like. Certainly puts the Typhoon in its place! Has he got any photos of himself at the time of his championship triumphs? They’d go down well too, I’m sure
