I live way down in Southern Spain and have joined you guys to keep up with whats going on back home.
I probably wont be making any rideouts or meetings any time soon but if any of you lot are heading towards Jerez let me know.
Planned trips this year are across to the Farro Rally in Portugal in July and The Estoril GP in September.
I ride an 06 FZ1 and old KTM620 for playing “off piste”

I live about 30 km west of Ronda in malaga province, a small mountain town called Cortes de la Frontera, about an hour from Jerez or Gibralter on my fizzy.
Moved here about 6 years ago with my wife, 2 daughters and my Greyhound who spent his youth running round in circles in Wimbledon.
Sold my Gixxer750 when we moved here, bought a KTM because theres so many great mountain tracks, the ramblers hav’nt highjacked the countryside and I had limited riding time as we owned a tapas bar.
sold the bar last year and bought my FZ1.
Love Spain for the sun, relaxed lifestyle, lack of bull**** from cops, cameras etc. every time I put my lid on.
Miss England loads, cause I’m English…

Hey Gnasher, I’m heading out to Spain at the beginning of next month. Landing in Santander, then going down to Malaga and across to Barcelona over the course of a week.

Sounds like a plan mate.
I was about to reply to your post about your trip but you beat me to it!
If your still planning to head down the west coast, towards Cadiz, Jerez and Tarifa then at some point, Jerez would probably be good, it’d be great to meet up and maybe gate crash your trip for a day
let me know your route and dates etc. and we could maybe put something together.
It looks like you’ve had a fair bit of advice already regarding road conditions plod etc. but I will try and answer any questions you may still have, just ask away.
Keep in touch mate, the weathers turning hot and I can feel an atlantic coast blast coming on
