For quite awhie ive had sore shoulders always in the core but now its painfull all the time.
I havnt been to the gym for quite awhile and i can feel my shoulders slope forward like ive lost muscle off my back. This hasnt helped from riding the bike almost every day for the last two years.
Does anyone else suffer from bad shoulders and what in the way of exercise could i do to get back to a good condition before i end up with a bad injury?
i get exactly the same thing on the bike, just due to hunching for extended periods of time I guess. Have to sit up straight for a few minutes every so often. But yea, it kills after a while
I dunno what bike you riding, but I think it is less about your conditioning and the more about the bike you are riding and your riding position.
I am in terrible shape and I have never had sore shoulders…palms of the hands, wrists, ankles, feet…yeah had all of them at one time of another, but never had sore shoulders.
