Something to lift me up

Hey Guys

Its been sometime since I have been on this forum (been away from London with work :Whistling: )

I need your help tho…

I have been stuck in a hospital doing nights for the past 7 days and I need something to lift me up once I have finished (Bank Holiday Monday).

I have decided to ride my R1 some place in the South of England but I am stuck for scenic routes/good roads. I need something that will bring a smile back onto my face, especially after attending to Craig Jones at Brands (RIP mate, you’re probably still riding clearways with a smile on yer face).

SO any suggestions…I heard epping is good?

:)Head over to boxhill and meet the others

Try this for some great roads:

From J5 M3 take the B3349 to Alton
From Alton take A32 to West Meon
At West Meon crossroads turn left on A272 towards Petersfield
At the A3 roundabout head north 1 junction on A3 and exit towards Sheet (this just keeps you on the A272)
Continue on the A272 towards Petworth going through Midhurst
At Petworth take the A283 then the B2123 Towards Arundel
Head up Bury Hill and stop at Whiteways for a cuppa and a bacon sarnie
From there you can either head south to the coast or north up the A29 to Box Hill

Or head for Amberly then Storrington, Washington and Shoreham. Devils Dyke (the lower road) to Henfield and then the 272. The road along the north side of the downs from Lewes to Ditchling is a cracker as well.
