theyre appealing, does that mean theyve been refused planning then? anything with the slightest noise seems to get shut down these days…
I emailed and asked…here is the reply:
Thanks for the support. Unfortunately the deadline has now passed for submissions to the planning inspector and so the on line petition is now closed. We have had an overwelming response to our campaign. Briefly we had a three temporary permission which expired last July, when we went for renewal we were refused pp so now are appealing against that decision.
