I got to my bike this morning to be greeted by a flat rear tyre. I must’ve picked up the offending stone just before I got home last night.
So now I’m sitting outside waiting for the AA to come and take me to get it plugged.
I’m bored, I’m cold and I don’t have any cash for a coffee.
In fact, it’s pretty much exactly a year since I got my last puncture - maybe I should avoid bikes in December! :hehe:
Tough luck pal. What day are you going to the show? I’m buying tickets at the weekend, just waiting to see if there are any decent promo codes first.

Would it not be easier to just have a puncture repair kit? I keep one under the seat and it has rescued me three times now.

It couldn’t be saved - there was already a plug in it, and this hole was quite close to it.
So now I’ve binned the Pilot Road 2s, which I hated anyway, and got some Dunlop Roadsmarts again, which I really liked before.
I’ll get myself a puncture repair kit, though. Good idea.

Too right it is. It’s annoying to the tune of 200 odd quid, right before Christmas.
But hey, at least I don’t have to use PR2s any more. Every cloud…
