it was apparently built to a specification from a questionnaire in the US…trouble is it was very expensive and no one bought it…massively capable as a cruiser with loads of torque…
yes dropping it dont sound like a good idea…
pulled up alone side one of these on the way to the ace one friday evening, looked twice as long as my bike and it was have the height of my bike

Interesting bike, as you say made it by Honda USA with a Goldwings engine almost unchanged from the prototype all the way down to the trailing link forks. Reminds me of classic Gothic Batman with its retro looks.
Don’t know why you’d want one of these when you could wave the British flag and buy a Rocket III.

yes I agree with you there that is a beauty but it isnt available yet if ever…and yes weight is an issue but once she is rolling she would be fine and given how speed has become the demon of the nation going swiftly is going to get more and more difficult…i love it…
the rune is a bike for people with money and time on their hands…
Saw a guy on one of these on holiday last year on the coast of spain! Not my kinda bike as it will handle like crap! but looked like fun cruising down the coast on. 
Not my cup of tea, to big and bulbous :sick:2strokes for that sort of money you could have Lee at Steelheart build you a custom and it will be the only one in the world 
Have you looked at ‘Bobbers’ in my opinion there cooler than harl*y/Rocket style bikes, I’m building one when me fighters finished
