Now it’s not often I go overboard but I swear I was within seconds of loosing my mind tonight at some stroppy London Underground bitch… Coming through the games, she’s chatting to the other guys not looking what she’s doing and walks right into the dog. Puppy gets startled and then she realizes he’s there… Rather than say sorry and we all go on our way she starts on the "What the FCUK you doing ( kisses Teeth ) " and starts abusing me ! Like it’s my fault she gave the dog a right cross to the face.
I never complain but I thought I’d try and do it right, but she refused to give me her name etc etc , so I really upset her when I took her photo… London Underground prepare yourself for the letter from hell…
I don’t see a reason for some of these people being as unhelpful and bad as they are. It would be different if you were giving it large to them and they acted this way. Maybe we need to feel sorry for her also as if I had to wake up and see that I’d think I must have done something wrong in my previous life
I remember when growing up that “unfortunate” people always had a very good nature to make up for other shortfalls Maybe in time she will start to make up for her shortfalls

As with TonUp I have worked for LU for nearly 10 years now and the stories that I could tell you about those overpaid station staff twats ( £22k take home 35 hour week, endless holidays and so on ) I have the same views as you on this one, she shouldn’t have refused to give you her name, she should have had a name badge on, but you probably pissed her off by disturbing her conversation with the other bloke about what 20" alloys shes gonna buy for her brand new beemer and whether shes gonna have 2 or 3 holidays this year.
I make no exceptions in the fact that I work fcuking hard for my dosh and, I am in a far more higher postion than her within LU, and it annoys me that she has a job with hardly any worries ( all she has to do is give poxy directions and collect tickets ) but she probably believes that ALL the public owe her something as she feels she is going out of her way by standing there in the cold. Altogether now AHHHHHHHH
Don’t get me wrong there are station staff that do a great job and actually do probably earn their cash and are happy because they are paid very very well, obviously this bint is not happy.
Do yourself a favour and complain, but I will tell you now that sweet F.A will happen, because she probably shares a bed with a union rep.
