this morning,my k6 was stolen from out side my house,chained to the post out side my front door…i feel sick and so angry at the moment…words can not express…

There are so many thefts each week, surely these bikes are in some big warehouse somewhere.
Did you have any tracking devices on it?
Have you reported it to the Met??
Oh Shane, sorry to hear this…will keep look out…so u didnt have a tracker i take it? What complete ****…i HATE this kind of thread…one minute theres me feeling good cos my bikes nearly ready to go again and im so looking forward to getting it back…and then i read this !!! And it makes u think… …lets hope against hope eh mate that its kids and they dump it? and not a gang of professionals?..

I sometimes think that to Blade especially with the regularity with which bikes are stolen.
Sorry to say this as it might offend a few, but it is probably someone who knows Shane, where he lives and stuff. I guess that is why Charly is so paranoid about people blurting out what they ride, what devices they have etc
It just plain sucks
I am all for a sting operation, baseball bats, CS spray and tasers
Just shows Charlys right tho, with a tracker at least theres a chance of getting it back? With that bike on the move and you havent had key in ignition? They can track it …may have bits taken off it but you get it back…

oh no shane! well gutted for you, words cannot express…
Police won’t do sh!t about it full stop, didn’t do anything when my 04 R6 got stolen and I had video evidence of them and the number plate of the van!
I can empathise with you deeply on this matter Shane and wish you all the luck in getting your baby back! I will definately keep a good look out for your bike when I’m on my travels today mate… If there is anything else I can do please don’t hesitate.

That sucks.I think all any of us can do is keep an eye out for a K6 with the plate LX06 GBY(brand new - Sickening) or look out for some scummer tryin to sell it as parts on the cheap.
I think this applies mainly to Suzuki owners especially on your other specialist forums.

thanks everybody…ive managed to calm down now and ive dragged out the 750 slingshot out of mothballs…
she’s running ruff as hell but i have a haynes manual…full cup of tea…and 20 B&H…so im gonna try to see if she’ll go…
the support i have had has made me speechless,and i am glad i have so many freinds like yourselves…
