I’m sure Smile have a fraud/security/whatever it’s called department. If you felt particularly civil-minded you could forward them the e-mail. That, or just delete it and forget about its existence.
I’ve had loads of these, claining to be from Lloyds, Natwest, Abby etc. I have a folder in my hotmail account especially for them. Is there anywhere I can send them to report them?
I regularly get them from Paypal but obviously not really them - they have a fraud dept to forward them to - then they deal with it and email you back to thank you. Not sure if other companies do this tho’
