Slow Puncture

Hi,

I’ve pin-pointed a slow puncture in my rear tyre (see pic) can this be easily/safely plugged?

picture not showing…but I’ve plugged my tyres before without any problems

Has to be in the middle 50% of the tyre for it to be safe according to experts. I’ve done one out of that middle 50% and it was fine
