I think it is a tragedy that in a world class city like London we do not seem to be able to do better than the choice between a slimeball or a clown for Mayor.
I have a postal vote and so I voted at the week-end. I had to go for Boris but without any enthisiasm or hope. The only reason for voting for this man is that he is not Livingstone and he may be able to get the increasingly corrupt incumbent out.
