im pritty sure the 05 and 07 ybrs are the same so the 05 stand should fit fine
ok, just had a look at the stand and foot rest skeematics of the 2007 and 2009 ybr’s,
If im understanding it correct, it looks like u might not have space to put a side stand on a 2007 model.
Can u take a close in clear pic of ur left hand foot peg, getting the foot peg bar in it to were it connected to the bike. ( from just behind and below the peg, aiming forward slightly towards the front of the bike )
from the drawings i looked at ,the 2007 peg is attached underneath , comes out and up then bends out to the foot position.
the 2009 is attached above the bracket, then comes out a bit, bends down then out again to the foot position.
both brackets look like they have the stand bolt hole and lug for the spring, but the 2009 has a lot of clearence for stand as it is above and over it.
it looks like the 2007 foot rest bar is going to get in the way of the stand opening out fully to let the bike stand safely ???

Hey! Thanks for the reply. Looking at the schematics, seems like 07 and 05 are very similar. And I see what you mean about the footpeg being in the way but surely, if they sell it, it must work?! 
I just asked a seller on ebay whether he has a 07 stand and he said that they’re the same as the one listed which is supposedly 09. I’ll take a closer look at bike tomorrow and upload some pictures.

I think I’m just going ahead and buying a 2005 version of the side stand as the schematics seem to match, though this seller on eBay seems to this 05 won’t fit 07. Let me know if I’m doing something completely daft. Thanks again Jay!
Yeah, looks like theres loads of room for it, the bar for the spring is there too ,and the shape in the metel ,2nd pic far right / mid of picture, looks like it was made to stop the stand at the right angle when its up.
