Grrr. This is really getting on my bits this morning. Made a few calls this week & sent a few e-mails to various bike shops/spares places. And not one of them have returned my calls or replied to e-mails!!One, a bike shop, said they were going to send me a fax so I can indentify certain parts for a bikeā¦the fax never arrived & when I called them to say ādonāt worry about the fax, I have the part numbersā, they said they were busy & would ring me backā¦they never did. Another said āyeah, Iām breaking one of those, I will give you call to let you know the condition of said partā ā¦2 days have gone, no call
Really ticks me off, donāt they want custom anymore? Not returning e-mails I can live with as I would imagine thats pretty low priority, but to not return phone calls is just crap!!
A shop did this to me and my sister with car parts.
In the end I went up there for a rant, once your up there and kick their arses into touch, they wont do it again. Then again it could be because no one expects a little bird to get so angry
