Just wanted to say that after an 8 week lay off after a heart op, finally got given the ok to get back on the bike, only went out for 6 or miles but now have a huge cheesy grin on my face and full of that feeling that only riding a bike can give. And thanks to all you guys for keeping me amused during my layoff reading all the posts - cheers
