I got the link here from another member, who I know from elsewhere ( thanks Joolz ) and it feels weird to be a newbie when I’ve become like furniture elsewhere anyway, I got the heads-up no doubt to ease the pain of my first DAS fail earlier this week ( foot down on the U-turn ), but I hope not to be some fly-by-night, seeing as I used to twat around ( I wouldn’t call it riding ) on an old RG125 Gamma & I worked at the Ace in it’s first year ( I was the slaphead behind the bar that didn’t bang on endlessly about Ducatis being “Ze best moturcycle in ze wulrd” ). When I do pass my test, I’ll probably have a mate’s Revere - just need to find a new tank, R/H peg hanger and peg, indicators and R/H sidepanel…easy

Still till then, you have to put up with me jawing away - enjoy!

Thanks Joolz & yes, thanks for the reminder, I do make a good brew - I also pulled a good pint in the Ace ( I had to, I was the one that cleaned the pipes! )

Yes Joolz, I have re-booked my test, as I wrote this post ( see, I can multitask! ) & I got it for 9:25am on 25/6…just a shame I have Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday off that week
