Get home they have delivered the wrong ones and a cheapo bunch not the value I’d paid for.
you cannot talk on the phone they have online chat only, the women I spoke to just kept saying this is what your receipt said. and not offering any resoslution.
I eventually drill the fact into her I have spent alot of money on flowers they did not provide she offers me £10 off the next purchase… “ER no thankyou what makes you think I will be using you again” is my response.
anyway after about an hour of online chat they have agreed to send out the right ones.
Steer clear of these guys I’m discusted with the customer service and clearly just want to cash in on this type of thing as offered nothing for about the 1st 30 minutes and tried to blame me…
I will defo not be using them again.
