Ordered a parcel midday tuesday, paying an extra £1.99 for next day delivery.
Still nothing.
Phoned them up today to ask where my parcel was. They explained that the couriers deliver from 8am to 8pm. The delivery arrived at the office at 7:30pm on Weds evening to find it closed and then 8:05pm last night to find it closed.
Common sense prevails.
I hope they have the sense to deliver early today.
