12k service is due on my 04 CBR600RR. I work in E1 (Brick Lane) and ride to work so would be handy to drop into a local garage in that area. Does anyone have any recommendations of reputable garages in that area?

Seriously people I know have used them and were pleased!
Take it to Chiswick Honada. They have a supermoto courtesy bike that you can use to blast back to work and then back to collect your bike at the end of the day. Ask for it as a courtesy bike when you book yours in.
