One of the headsets stopped working and I cannot find the receipt.. The store I purchased it from has closed...the unit is 10 month old (comes with 2 year warranty)

Sena should be able to tell the age from the serial number, plus your credit card receipt to prove the date.
If you paid for it via credit card then item on your statement will be proof of payment. Also if in doubt you can always involve the credit card company as they are party to the transaction.and have similar responsibility for items over £100
