I’m selling my 2008 Yamaha YZF-R125, Yellow/Black, 900 miles, FSH, Meta Alarm/Immobiliser, 6 weeks old, Taxed until August '09.

I bought to ride whilst I was going through my DAS and am now looking for a new home for her. I’m a 30 year old rider and she has been run in as per the manual and only used for city rides. She’s garaged overnight and covered up if left out during day. There’s a waiting list for these bad girls so she’s going to get snapped up quick. I’m also advertising elsewhere.

Saw these in the flesh for the first time a couple of months ago - WOW !
Slightly nicer then the SR125 I learnt on !!

I was so sad to see her go… Such a great great bike. So well put together for a 125. Just, not enough power for doing anything outside of the city (ie motorway miles back home to Oxford to visit the olds).

If I had had that bike at 17 I would have felt the mutts nutz! I’m now very much looking forward to getting my Duke 620 all sorted and then the real learning begins.
