does anyone know anywhere i can get seized engine bolts drilled ao ground out.i can do the rest once the head is off.im in stevenage but can also be done in east london.thanks
the bolts that hold the head on are sized? and now rounded off? what bike dude? zephyr?
i have some nice snap on kit for naughty bolts 
Steve, i know you have probably tried it already but i just recently had a good result with mashing head bollts with the next size down socket and a fkin big hammer until i thought the head was gonna give up big time…by the time the socket was flush the force had freed the bolts and they came off easily .

if there is access to grind them can you not weld a piece of bar to them and use this to remove them,the heat of the welding ususally breaks up the rusty bond and eases the process…works very well usually, but head bolts are usually very difficult to get at…assuming the engine is out would it be better to strip from the bottom and then take the block and heads for removal seperately…you might even be able to lubricate the head bolts some how with the bottom off…
