Look in almost anyone of the old/vintage motor cycle magazines for people that rebuild seats/saddles. That’s where I found the last one and damned good he was too.

Lee at viking vinyls will reshape your seat etc.

Now i know what its about i can’t help unless you just take a knife to the foam and then get the seat recovered. Sorry.
you can always do it your self using a flapwheel on a grinder or air tools.
