Hi mate,
Both October and February are not good times to be doing that.
You could be very lucky and get good weather in February or October but I think you’d have better chances winning the lottery.
Try and get up there end of May up till the end of August, of course, you’ll probably get some of our lovely Scottish rain but at least in the summer months it isn’t accompanied by freezing winds and coming at you from all directions as well as from above.
