About 10 minutes ago a scooterists had been t-boned by a van turning from Victoria Street into Palace Street.
Rider in an ambulance and gone by the time I got there, scoot looks a bit of a mess.

Thought I heard a load of sirens a while ago (I’m not far off). Hope the rider was wearing proper gear.
