But without seeing the garage condition and the footing you may have to knock it down and rebuild
Just a ball park figure to give me an idea as I’ve never done anything like it before. Just assume the footings and garage are good enough, thanks

Afternoon everyone. today’s plans kinda went down the pan with our cat Ribble having a mini-stroke, recovering a bit then a major stroke and having to be put down 
18 years was a pretty good innings though!
