Short notice I know, we are having a little bimble down to Rye, leaving Oakdeane 10am (layby) wont be a fast blat, nice and steady;)We will be going anyway so if you want to join us, see you at Oakdeane;):)and I am reliably informed, the box will contain goodies;):)
Any idea on estimated mileage?
Also, any pitstops on the way down? i.e. box hill or the likes. I’m in Kingston Upon Thames so might be able to join part way. Reasons being - I’m out of petrol money for the next week and cant do anything TOO lengthy.
Chris.
Oakdeane is in Kent:w00t: Rye Quay is in Kent:w00t: from one to the other is around 50 miles, if I go via Box (which I’m not) that would ad about 100 miles to the round trip:w00t:
seriously tho, from Kingston you would be looking at about 180 mile round trip;)
nooo I’m not suggesting you go via box! I’m asking, many rideouts going south from the Ace usually stop at box. Maybe rideouts going south east may have a similar point at which you may stop… get what I’m saying?
How many people you expecting on it anyway man?
Chris
Not many if any:) posted a bit late;)
I go down there a lot as it is quite close for me and it is a very biker friendly place:cool: and there is usually a good crowd there:) oh! and the roads are pretty good too:w00t:![]()
ohhhhh so tempted.
BUT I’m gonna have to call a miss there matey. Bit too out the way, and a bit too far. I WOULD run out of petrol and petrol money.
Sorry man, have a good time though.
Chris
