Rubber thingies

What are those rubber things called that live in the handlebars.

They have holes running through the middle so that the bar end weights can be screwed into them.

They’re only about 2 - 3 cm thick and they fit into the handlebars on each side by squeesing the rubber to fit (oo-er )

Anyone know what these are called and where I can get em please?
