Hi Jay, There’s a room where I’m ataying. £60 a week,two weeks deposit upfront but rent paid as & when, HA9 postcode, no bills, washing machine, landlady cleans the house every week, internet of course with phone (free world calls). One bike in the shed already have to measure your bike to see will it fit in or could do a demolition job on the shelving. Close to the Ace, Room is about 9x6 give or take, newly decorated. Good neighbours and two other guys here. long term isn’t a problem. No restrictions on heating or anything as Landlady lives elsewhere. Medium to Quiet road.
My ( female ) friend has just told me she is looking for a lodger , she has a front garden area and she owns a scooter so Im sure you can sort something out with the bike.
She’s pretty too ! and has just done the flat up and the room is brill , nice high ceilings , double bed with wardrobes. North of the river !!
