Spring is FINALLY here in Kansas…mild temperatures…tons of sunshine…trees and grasses all coming back to life. (And Joolz…you need to get over here FAST! Tornado season is upon us again…you’re gonna miss out!)

I’ve decided to celebrate by taking the bike out for my first of many road trips this season. First stop? http://www.unclejacks.net/ in Independence, Kansas…about 120 miles one way…through the southern Flint Hills. A nice ride over that morning…lunch…explore a cool little small town…and ride back that afternoon. Should be a BLAST.

Wow, that sounds great - I can’t wait to see the pics.

It’s starting to warm up a little here, too. It’s so nice to ride without having to wear eleventy layers! :smiley:

I love the fact that spring contains 80’s and 70’s, that’s summer over here!
