Man I’m jealous of you guys… we dont get many bike meets in teh Isle of Man… everyone just does laps… Would love to make it to some of the UK ones.
Anyway… I’m in the process of buying a new apartment and if all goes well does anyone fancy coming over for a weekend? Late boat on friday… loads of laps of the TT course and Island tour on saturday… Beers and meal in the evening and afternoon boat back on Sunday. There’ll be plenty of room to crash at mine and a garage for the bikes… it costs 70quid return to get you and ya bike on the boat…
Floyd, what an ace idea, sounds like a plan to me. Keep us all posted of developments. If you fancy buying a place near the Nurburgring as well that would be good!
Yeah, your looking at a 3 to 4 huor ride up to Liverpool prolly… but Like you say… make a day out the ride up… and get the late boat over which only takes 2 or so hours… I’ll keep you posted. Its an open invitation to all LB’s… if ya not cruised round the TT course before, then get it done before the speed limits come in!
Well if we get this all sorted it may be possible that I take the van as luggage transport and support vehicle. Its such a top offer from Floyd that I really feel I must make the effort, especially before those speed limits come in to play.
