Nothing.

But you can get checked regularly. If caught early it’s operable with a high long term survival rate.

If your not gay, the checks aren’t great, but I’d rather be fingered from behind than die unpleasantly.

It’s part of my company funded 2-yearly health check if you’re over 40. Last one I had was done by a really rather attractive young asian lady doctor, so wasn’t too unpleasant, not as much fun as the testicular cancer check mind… :smiley:
