You ought to be fine on vaguely knobbly tyres (we're not going anywhere I've not taken my 800 roadie). What have you got at the moment?

Yeah, 10:30/11 at the Rookery Cafe in/near South Mimms. If my bearings arrive and find their way into my (slightly) knobbly-tyred wheels I might bring the tiger so there can be two of us getting stuck in the mud :slight_smile:

Afraid I’m going to pull a marmablade here. I woke up with a cold and now I’m mid-migraine, not sure spending the day after tomorrow in a load of rivers is a brilliant plan…

I’ll see if anyone else who sounded interested is up for leading, else I can post the route if you fancy giving it a crack?
