Hi all,

Sorry I haven’t had a chance to look at his earlier. I am enclosing my proposed amended wording, I considered mentioning the freedom of information act, but didn’t want to alienate our intended correspondents. (Cheers any way Vinnie).

All that remains is getting the letters out, if they meet with your apporval, I am collating a list of appropriate contacts in that regard. Where do we ant to conduct the administration of sending the letters from and will we be sending them on some form of headed paper?

I’d bullet-point the requirements and tighten up some minor grammer points, but that’s nit-picking (sorry).
