T cut can be used for light scratches but be warned if you rub too vigorously, for too long you will go blind 
Joking apart it does remove the paint hence removing the scratch. It all depends on the damage 
A couple of the dings seem to be down to the metal 
Then you need a painter

I have written a polite note on the offending scooter. If he failed to reply I have photos and CCTV and will quite happily go to the police about it.
And the scoot is gone.
I shall leave another note tomorrow outlining the situation, see if that get’s a better response than “hi, can you call me please”.
