renting a bike any suggestions

Morning guys how you all?

Ok I’m going to be around on the 29 of april for the track day (not actually doing the track day though) and wanted to rent a bike so me and a mate could do a little cruising around until the BBQ…

Does anyone know where I can rent a bike where I do not have to pay a £500 deposit!! as I really cannot afford that much (I know I get it back but I mean I cannot muster £500 as a deposit)

might be cheaper to look on fleabay for an old hack

and NO mines not for sale chunks lmao

with Focussed Events…you have to use their own hire bikesThink this is a MSV track day, so may allow you to use another hire co. Give them a call - their headquarters are Brands Hatch - check Motor Sport Vision website

This bloke is supposed to be good - and cheap- ish

Bike hire is available for most events. We have Yamaha R6’s, Kawasaki ZX6’s and Suzuki GSXR750’s for you to try.

Bike hire includes everything but the fuel. You must pay a £250-£350 crash deposit on the day which will be refunded if you do not damage the bike. If you do happen to have an accident this deposit will be lost. We may not take all of your deposit in the event of an accident, if you just damage a footrest or a handle bar just the replacement cost will be taken.

You will still need to pay for the track day on top of the bike hire

Call Paul Russo on 07712 815827 to book your bike

thanks for this but I’m not looking to do the track day, probably just going to go on a ride out with my mate to be honest

try these 2: http://www.racewaysrentals.com/index2.php

+1 for raceways, they use your credit card for deposit approval (dont actually take the cash unless required)

I would recommend those two as well, although about town hire takes a £500 deposit if I can recall.

Raceways is also has a lot cheaper hire rate, although when I went to hire a bike from there, the selection was not as good as about towns.

I can definitely vouch for Raceways, they are a top bunch of guys at the Surrey Quays branch. I broke down outside of their place some months back, and they helped me get back on the road out of pure courtesy. RR;)
