Red Hornet T plate on Fulham palace road this morning

The friggin cheek, Just got a call from my missus saying she was cut up by a red T plate Hornet who cut through two lanes of traffic into her filtering path causing her to lock the front up and bin her bike. I can accept its down to my other half to make sure she stops her machine correctly but his D*** stopped, looked at her and left her lying under her steed.

A message for you my friend if you are reading, I have a partial reg, a description of your bike and lid and if I see you around you wont be riding for while. People like you sicken me to the core and give bikers a bad name. I hope I see you out tonight fella!!!

That’s awful , cannot believe he did not even stop. Hope your missus and the bike is ok!!!

Yer, she’s all good, fitted R+G to the bike a while back for her so not much damage other than a bust gear lever, dented pride and a twisted ankle. Im mad at her for not anticipating it but Im so mad at him for not stopping for a fellow biker regardless of sex or any other matter. I have always had good vibes with things like this, I had a bad off in the city once and about 5 bikes stopped within the space of 1 minute to see if I was ok. I can only presume he had a reason not to stop, no insurance etc etc who knows but Im confident that everyone I know in the biking community would stop for some one even if they dont know them so why cant this fella? Never mind, hope he’s reading this and I hope he sleeps badly tonight knowing he left someone’s missus laying in the road and I wish a thousand oil leaks and broken cam chain tensions on your Honda.

What is this world coming to, this person obviously has a lack of respect for fellow bikers and the biking code of conduct. If ya find him, give him a mouthful and b*t&c slap!!!

P.S. Hope your missus and bike aren’t too badly hurt!

That’s awful, what a wan*er. Send Alba my regards

Thats Toilet:crazy:

GWS Mrs Burger

Out of curiosity, what’s the lady ride?

2003 R6 in silver and black, my old bike, its getting a service this weekend and nice a nice polish, thatl cheer her up and if she’s lucky I might change the oil on her bike too. lol,

P.S thats a joke, nothing sexisit in it, Alba (the uver half) can do her own servicing but Im gonna treat her cos she’s had a nasty day.

We are down the ace tonight so if any of you are down Ill see you all there.

Well crap that, especially not to stop, but probably didnt want to give up details, etc. shame you ahvent got the full plate…

what an arseh*le…

heres hoping you bump into him again…give him a piece of your mind.

That’s pretty shite…I can understand wanting to avoid liability for the accident, but to ride off after turning around to see another biker in the road is ridiculous.

Hope the missus gets well soon and the bike repaired.

Aa above Mate. That is bad! Hope she gets better soon

Not good. Bikers are supposed to stick together, not leave each other lying in the road.

I’m appalled to read that Burger, not being sexist, but especially because it was a girly rider. I know that most lads are more likely to stop and help a lady in distress. He can’t be a ‘proper’ biker because I know that everyone on here and the other bike sites would defo have stopped and appologised and made good what they had done.

Grrrrrrrrrr, big hugs for your missus

More like lack of licence and insurance. I’m not at all surprised the mofo rode off, if he stayed he’d have to face up to being a contributing factor(%) and would have to share some kind of responsibility(£).

Glad your lady lives to ride another day. But its a reminder to us all. To many of us filter too fast, especially down Bus Lanes. We ride too fast down the outside of the traffic too. Accidents in the waiting, thats what we are.

Thank God that was a bike and not a pedestrian. I know she never hit the biker, but if we hit a pedestrian in these circumstances, we’re in the

sorry to hear this mate:crazy: i know how you feel, some time ago my missus was goin along in the wet & a guy driving in front of her slammed on the brakes on an empty road. i know she should have left more space but the thing is when she crashed her ped into the back of him the guy got out, pulled the bike from the back of his car & left her in the road.

even tho she was to blame, the guy should have not left the scene

hope your missus get better soon

Listen! Why don’t you give us some more details mate? What time was this? You said you’ve got a partial reg and description, right? Make us aware of who to look out for and possibly we’ll find him, no?Let us know.

Thats so out of order I cant begin to express it! Please give Alba my best, we met on Granmas blast to Bournemouth. Hope you catch up with that piece of pond life…

was it a six or a nine?

i’ll put a link to here on the nest. disappointed to hear about this. especially as he was on a hornet

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. From the description its a 6 as it had only one silencer and he was wearing a shark lid white and blue with a textile jacket jeans and boots. He also had a rack on the back for top box but no top box on the day.

After thinking about it I cant be bothered to hunt him down etc etc. I would like to find him, give him a proper good kick in and leave him for dead with his bike laid on top of him but you have to be sensible, after all Im a law abiding person. Let things lie, I imagine he will get his comeuppance some time soon, Karma will take care if it Im sure. He probably parked up at work and came out to see his P+J knocked over, thats what Im hoping anyway, KArma is always a bieeeatch to me so here’s hoping he gets his.

Thanks Gang!

disgraceful behaviour. best not to dirty your hands with his kind. def let karma do it’s job. i apologise on behalf of all hornet riders. (i feel like that german in the harry enfield sketch)
