All you folks looked like ants from up where I was…
I heard them fly over my house, (Not far from RAF Northolt.) I ran the the front room to see them…doh, ran the wrong way, they were flying to other way and I was too slow to see them, Davebez went the right way into the back garden and managed to spot them. 
Top banana flats… should a’ve nicked the keys!

I love the way you got a bit of the eye in the frame.
It’s just so “London”
I deliberatly stood where there was a good chance of the eye being in the same shot with the planes silhouetted against the sky with the sun just out of shot to the right. I hoped the London Eye would help give scale and context. I am quite pleased with how it came out. I thought I had continuous shooting on but didn’t so only got two pictures of which this is the best.
Pretty sure it would be just a button… think that would have got me the sack, they had the spitfire out the next day but it was too far away for me to get picture, it had gone by the time i got back, but im sure there will be other times to snap summin interesting;)
I didn’t know about it till after it happened :crying:
But a RN Merlin and RAF Puma flew over work today so I’m happy
